Privacy policy.
What data VerdictLabX collects, what we do with it, and what we don't do with it.
Last updated: February 2026.
VerdictLabX ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit verdictlabx.com and how that information is used.
What we collect
- Newsletter sign-up data (if you subscribe): your email address, plus your approximate IP network and browser type at the moment of sign-up. The IP/browser data is used only to prevent spam and abuse of the sign-up form (our legitimate interest); the email is used to deliver the newsletter. The IP is stored truncated, and you can request removal at any time (see "Your rights").
- Basic server/edge logs: like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request metadata to deliver and protect the site. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
- Retailer-side purchase data, when you click an affiliate link. The retailer, not VerdictLabX, collects this data; we only see aggregate commission reports.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.
- We do not use cross-site advertising trackers beyond standard retailer affiliate cookies.
- We do not create advertising profiles or use retargeting.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
VerdictLabX does not run third-party analytics and does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Retailer affiliate links may set their own cookies when you click an outbound link. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to any VerdictLabX content.
California residents
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
Children
VerdictLabX is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
