About Maya

Maya is a certified ergonomics assessor with a decade of field experience designing workspaces for small-to-mid-sized companies. Before VerdictLabX, Maya led workspace design for a 400-person remote-first company headquartered in Austin.

At VerdictLabX, Maya leads long-session comfort testing — the kind of evaluation that cannot be faked in a 20-minute showroom visit. Every chair Maya reviews has been in daily use for a minimum of six weeks by at least three testers.

Maya is currently pursuing Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) credentials. She believes more home-office problems are solved by changing your setup than by buying a new chair.
